I love this room! It's really light because there are so many windows. For the grandkids, this is the "jump in the furniture room" because the adults are usually in the TV room! Ha!
Here's the kitchen. The countertops were in pretty bad condition when we moved in (white tile), so we had granite put in. We also had to replace all of the appliances and the sink. Now it's just like new and ready for our weekly Sunday dinners with the family!
Haven't done much with this room yet--our bedroom.
Looking into the kitchen from the TV room. If we could have backed up a little more for the picture you would probably have seen Derek in his easy chair watching TV (or Owen watching Firehouse Dog).
Here I am in my garden. I know it's the desert, but I just have to have some green in my life or I'm not happy! And, yes, that's a Diet Pepsi in my hand. :)
Ahhh. . .it's just like the Garden of Eden--even if it is 120 degrees in the shade!!

That's exactly what it is! The kids can't get enough of it even when they know they'll most likely end up in "time out"! Where's all the other pics?
